IMPORTANT READ BEFORE ORDERING
Terms Of Service Of Regular illustrations and Character Designs
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

General:
■ Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at any time. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.■ You must be able to pay via Invoicing. this is not debatable, as I use invoices in order to preserve legal rights and protect against fraud/scandals. It is also the only way I can properly receive payment that I can trust at this time.■ I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.■ I require full payment in advance; however, there are specific instances where I may accept a partial payment upfront with the remainder due at a later agreed-upon time. For works that cost $200 or more, payment options (May) be discussed. However, for anything priced at $200 or less, I almost always require payment upfront. Please review my complete Terms of Service (TOS) below for guidelines on refund policies.■ All artwork is transferred digitally through (mostly) Google Drive, or any other preferred transfer method to the client.■ Full references are required, Otherwise it will be counted as a design commission. Design commissions are more expensive due to extra labor on my part to figure out the details, so I’ll need proper color references for your commission unless you wish to pay the extra cost. References should preferably not be pixel art, as it’s difficult to properly interpret details from small sprites. Additionally, if you have a composition/pose in mind I’d appreciate images for that too! Failure to provide proper reference of your character (if they’re not from media I can search up) will result in extra cost of your commission. If you don’t have one, you can come back to me with references later!■ Keep in mind, my skill level is limited:
-I can draw: fanart, OCs, photograph references, light mecha, cyborgs, *complex armor, mild injury, blood and gore (no organs/guts or major gore like dismemberment though.)
-I cannot draw: bara (intense muscles), furry, NSFW, Heavy mecha.
*NOTE: Complex armor and details DO add to the cost due to the amount of time/work they take! Feel free to discuss these details with me!NOTE: I will usually post commissioned works on my social media unless you specify otherwise! I’ll ask if you don’t wish to have your commissioned art (PRIVATE Commission read my usage policy) shared first to be sure.Payment:
Payments will only be accepted through PayPal in USD. I require full payment before starting a commission. Once I accept your commission, I will send an invoice via PayPal, due in 48 hours. Once the invoice is paid, I will start your commission. If the invoice is not paid, I will have to cancel the commission.Deadlines:
Given my ongoing health issues (or Work, school, family issues), the turnaround time for your commission may extend beyond the typical 2-week period, possibly taking up to a month. I'll provide you with an estimated completion time and keep you informed in case of any delays. For character design commissions, please be aware that due to my health circumstances, the timeframe might be more extended, with completion expected around 4-5 months. Feel free to request a work-in-progress (WIP) update at any point. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated.
Notes: 1) Lately, I've been working hard to finish commissions faster, like I used to. So, no need to stress about the extended time, but it's good to keep in mind!
2) I'm not currently offering rush options for an extra fee because of the issues I mentioned earlier. However, if it's absolutely necessary (like for birthdays or special occasions), rushing the commission will incur an additional $20 or more.Character Design:
As previously stated, character design may take up to 4-5 months due to personal issues and the substantial personal labor involved in crafting the character's design. It's important to note that the cost for character design will be higher than that of normal illustrations. Additionally, charges may vary based on the complexity of the design and the extent of the project elements you'd like me to draw.Style:
By commissioning me you are commissioning me for my style of artwork. If you want a commission to look like a different artist, then by all means commission that artist and not me. I do not mind if you ask me to make your piece slightly more realistic or slightly more cartoony. But if you do not specify this beforehand, I will draw it in the style that I would normally.Revisions:
You are allowed to ask for major changes while I'm in the process of drawing your commissioned piece, and I will try my best to keep you updated with each small step I take. After receiving the full piece, you are ONLY allowed to request minor changes such as (certain colors, nail length, etc..)Usage Policy:
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself with in any place or site.
Publish books with.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.
UNLESS it is a PRIVATE commission (requires 15% additional charge).The commissioner is allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist's consent.Commercial Use
A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.Refunds:
I have the right to cancel and refund the money at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.
If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

ADOPTABLES TOS

Payment
• Payment is expected within 24 hours. (Payment holds will be discussed soon.)
• PayPal is the only method of payment currently accepted. (Except special cases such as trades, which will be specified)
• If you fail to pay within the week, the adopt will go to the second highest bid.
• If you think you won't be able to pay within 24 hours, please contact me as soon as possible. Excuses given after the deadline won't be taken into consideration.
• Pay only after I confirm your order. Any kind of payment I receive before this will be considered a donation and I will charge the payment again after confirming it.
• No refunds.Permissions and Copyright
• You may redesign the character as you wish.
• All adopts are non commercial by default. If you need an adopt for commercial purposes, this can be discussed with me, but a fee will be involved. This fee can be of 3x to 4x the price of the adopt, according to case.
• No one (including the buyer) is allowed to edit/modify the original art, distribute, make merchandise, claim credit, or use the character and artworks for advertising. All characters and artworks are for personal use only, unless discussed with me beforehand.
• Making NFT's out of any of my works is prohibited regardless of the type. (This also applies to works with a commercial license)
• If the original artwork is going to be posted on another website, a direct link to my page is required.
• You may not resell the adopt for more than the price you bought it for. (Unless you bought extra art, but keep it reasonable)
• I may use the artwork in my portfolio/to promote my art.CLAIMS
The claim is asking for an adoptable and receiving my approval. You'll have 24 hours to send the payment (I provide my PP address with the confirmation of the claim.)
If the payment is not sent within that time frame, I'll note/contact you, telling you that the adoptable will be released 24 hours after my note has been sent. Further claims on the adopt will be disregarded and the claimer will be put on a 'time alert', which means they'll have only 10 hours to send the payment in case of a claim of any future adoptable I may post.HOLDS And Payment Plans

- I only accept USD.
- Payment plans are accepted $200 and above.
- Maximum duration for Payment Plan is 2 months.
- If you fail to complete payment then no money will be refunded and the character still does not belong to you.
- You don't own the character until you've fully payed the payment.Hold Rules
- Holds are valid only once, no re-holding or extending the hold time
- Adopters that fail to respect the time limit of my holds will be put on a private list and won't be allowed to hold anymore.

- Canvas standard size is 5000x5000 px 300 resolution. other sizes could be discussed
- Does not include extremely detailed designs.
- +5$ for detailed tattoos or any other major additions.

FullBody Colored Sketch
$80

-The standard canvas size is 5000x7000 pixels, with orientation depending on whether the drawing is in portrait or landscape format. other sizes could be discussed.
- Does not include extremely detailed designs.
- +8$ for detailed tattoos or any other major additions (Toys or animals etc).

Rendered Thigh Ups
$120

- Detailed fully colored thigh up/ half body drawing of desired character.
- Canvas size may vary but it's usually around 5000*5000px.
- $10 or more for extreme details or any major additions.

INCOMPLETE Character Design Info

- Prices vary in character/outfit design, However, it's usually no less than ~$150
- This commission is tailored to your specific needs. Whether you're looking for a complete character design, something suitable for Twitch, or a personalized avatar for your personal use.
- I do need picture references most of the time! so please provide them if interested in a design.
